Never stop what you're doing to answer the phone again.
Someone answers every call — day, night, Saturday. Books the job, or texts them back in 60 seconds. The call you can't take still turns into a job.
AI Front Desk · included in every planWe install AI phone answering, automatic follow-up, and customer reactivation for owner-run home service companies across the Mountain West — so the work keeps moving when you put the phone down.
You haven't had dinner with your family all week. You're answering the phone at 9:30 at night, you're the bottleneck on every decision, and if you took a vacation, the whole thing would stop. That's not a lead problem. It's a time problem — and it's the one we fix.
Built for roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service businesses throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico. The software is the mechanism. Time is the product.
Someone answers every call — day, night, Saturday. Books the job, or texts them back in 60 seconds. The call you can't take still turns into a job.
AI Front Desk · included in every planText and email follow-up on every estimate, on a schedule, until it's answered. Cold quotes come back to life while you're on the next job.
Estimate follow-upOne friendly text from your business to the people you've already served. The ones who've been meaning to call you finally do.
Database reactivationCustomers pick a time in two taps and it goes straight onto your schedule — on a local number your customers recognize.
Booking calendarEvery happy customer gets asked for a review, automatically, after every job. Stars win the click — and the call.
Review engineEvery lead, every job, every dollar — down to which text became which invoice. If you can't see the return, you shouldn't pay for it.
Reporting dashboardThe time leak looks a little different in every trade. The fix is the same: the phone answers itself, the follow-up runs itself, and the evening stays yours.
Peak season rings the phone off the hook while you're on a job — then the slow months go quiet.
The fix → 60-second text-back, plus reactivation that fills the shoulder seasons.
Emergencies happen at night. The homeowner books the first shop that answers.
The fix → instant response, day or night, so the job is yours — and nobody had to be awake.
Estimates go cold while you're behind a panel — nobody chases the quote, so it dies.
The fix → automatic follow-up until every estimate is a yes or a no. Not by you.
The storm hits and everyone calls at once. Slow follow-up loses inspections to faster crews.
The fix → catch the surge, book the inspections, chase every quote — while you run crews.
The spring rush buries you in quotes. Half never get an answer — and the season moves on.
The fix → every quote answered before the season passes, while you're out on the mower.
Most of your work is same-day. A missed call isn't a delay — it's a job gone for good.
The fix → a 60-second answer that wins the same-day job.

Mapatano & Company is headquartered in Fort Collins and works with contractors across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico. Local knowledge. Regional scale. And because everything we install runs in the cloud, we've never needed to be in your truck to fix your phone.
Fort Collins · Loveland · Greeley · Windsor · Timnath · Wellington · Berthoud · Longmont · Estes Park · the I-25 corridor
This is home. When hail comes through, you don't have a lead problem — you have a "who's answering the phone" problem, because every roof on the street called somebody back before you did. Swamp-cooler conversions, chinook winds, freeze-ups at the worst possible hour: we built for all of it, from right here in Fort Collins.
Cheyenne · Casper · Laramie · Gillette · Sheridan · Rock Springs · Jackson
An hour between jobs is a normal Tuesday out here — and in a town where reputation moves faster than any ad, one missed call costs three referrals. You're already spending half your day behind the wheel. That's the half you can't get back. The phone is the half we can.
Salt Lake City · Provo · Orem · Lehi · Ogden · Sandy · Park City · St. George
The densest competition in the region lives here — the job doesn't go to the best contractor, it goes to the one who answered. Hard water eating equipment, inversion-season air quality calls, new construction everywhere. You can win the answer without picking up. St. George included: different climate, same promise.
Albuquerque · Rio Rancho · Santa Fe · Las Cruces · Farmington · Roswell
A swamp-cooler-to-refrigerated-air conversion isn't a same-day yes. It's three weeks of "let me talk to my wife" — and those three weeks are where the money leaks. Monsoon season, high-desert UV, sales built on relationships and patience: we built the follow-up that keeps the conversation warm without you carrying it.
From the Front Range to the Wasatch. From the Powder River Basin to the Rio Grande.
Colorado · Wyoming · Utah · New Mexico — one system, same promise. Headquartered in Fort Collins.
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Here's what owners say after the system goes in.
We thought we needed more leads. We didn't. We were losing jobs inside our own pipeline. They found exactly where — and fixed it. For the first time, we're not guessing anymore.
They helped us see where we were losing jobs and built systems that made our pipeline steady. We didn't need more leads — we needed to convert the ones we had. That's exactly what they built.
For the first time, we can actually predict how many jobs we'll have each month. Every lead gets handled right away — no matter how busy we are.

Thirty minutes with Abe. You leave knowing exactly where your time is leaking — even if we never work together. The $500 test does the rest of the talking.

No six-month contracts. No "strategy phase." We plug in, wake up your old customers, and show you the money before you commit to anything bigger.
Three days. You don't learn any software, you don't sit through training, you don't change how you work. By Friday, every call you miss gets a text back in 60 seconds — while you're still elbow-deep in the job that made you miss it.
We build your system — missed-call text-back, estimate follow-up, review requests, and a booking calendar — then connect it to your existing phone number. Your customers never know anything changed. Except now, you answer.
Somewhere in your phone is every customer you've ever served. We send them one friendly text from your business — and the ones who've been meaning to call you finally do. Booked jobs hit your calendar before you've spent a dollar on ads.
This is the $500 Reactivation Test. We write it, send it, and handle every reply. You approve the offer, then watch the calendar. Doesn't clear 2–3× your money in booked work? You get the $500 back. On qualifying lists we'll double it — we'll tell you which one you are on the call, before you pay anything.
The system follows up on every estimate until it's a yes or a no. Answers every lead at 2pm and 2am. Asks every happy customer for a review. You do the work you actually like. The paperwork chases itself.
Monthly plans from $2,000. Every dollar tracked — you'll see exactly which text became which job, down to the invoice. If you can't see the return, you shouldn't pay for it. That's the whole philosophy.
The math we're betting on: you're one missed call away from a $4,000 job every week. We're $500 away from proving we can catch it.
Every missed call is a job that goes to the next shop — and an evening you'll spend chasing the ones that didn't. Move the sliders. We count it fairly.
We count it fairly: we assume only 1 out of every 4 missed calls would have booked. The real number is often higher.
That's 5 booked jobs a month going to the next shop — from calls you already paid to make ring.
Get Your Real Number →This is the part most owners have to imagine. You shouldn't have to. Here's what the system does with a missed call — and with a whole customer, start to finish.
Product demo · the exact kind of text your missed calls trigger
You approve the wording before anything goes out. Your customers see your company name and your number — never ours. It runs at 2pm and 2am, on the days you're slammed and the days you're gone.
You're under a house. It rings out.
A text from your business, automatically.
They pick a time. It lands on your calendar.
The job stays yours — not the next shop's.
A call, a form, a Google click, a referral — it all lands in one place, tagged by where it came from.
Day or night. No voicemail, no waiting, no calling your competitor.
They pick a time in two taps. You find out from your schedule, not your voicemail.
Fewer no-shows, without anyone in your office lifting a finger.
Text and email, on a schedule, until it's a yes or a no. Not by you.
Job done, invoice paid, happy customer asked — automatically.
A friendly reactivation text from your business — and the customer you already earned calls you again.
You start with the $500 Reactivation Test — three days to install, fourteen days to prove it. If it earns its keep, monthly plans run from $2,000. Every guarantee condition is on this page, in the open.
One price on this page, and this is it. We install your system in three days, wake up your past customers in the next eleven, and you watch the calendar. Everything bigger is a conversation on the free call.
"We install it. We run it. You run your trucks."
Paid once. Three days to install, eleven to prove it. Doesn't clear 2–3× your money in booked work? The $500 comes back — on qualifying lists, doubled.
No percent of your revenue. No per-lead fees. No surprise add-ons. Your exact flat rate depends on your trade, your towns, and your trucks — Abe gives you the number on the free call. A straight answer, first call.
No "strategy phase." The test proves it before you commit to anything bigger — and you own everything we build. If you ever leave, you keep it all.
And here's the honest math: for most shops the monthly system costs less than two average jobs — it pays for itself on the first one or two jobs it recovers. If you can't see the return, you shouldn't pay for it.
Doesn't clear 2–3× your money in booked work? You get the $500 back. On qualifying lists, we'll double it.
We'll tell you on the call which one you are — before you pay anything. Most agencies get paid whether it works or not. We don't think you should pay for marketing you can't see working. Read the full terms below — they're part of the deal, not fine print.
No "strategy phase." We plug in, prove it in fourteen days, and you decide what happens next. We keep clients with results, not contracts.
Every system, funnel, and automation we build is yours. If you ever leave, you keep everything.
Call or text 719-534-3505. A real person answers the same day. No tickets. No runaround.
We onboard a limited number of new systems each month so every install stays hands-on. That's the filter — not a countdown clock.
The $500 test only makes sense if the math can work in your favor. Knowing whether you fit saves everyone time — and if you don't, we'll tell you. We work with owner-run shops across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico.
None of them needed more leads. All of them were losing jobs — and evenings — inside their own pipeline. Here's what happened when the system went in.
Local plumbing shop · ~$90K/month · strong referrals, no way to see the pipeline
They helped us see where we were losing jobs and built systems that made our pipeline steady. We didn't need more leads — we needed to convert the ones we already had.— Legacy Plumbing
Local HVAC shop · ~$100K–$120K/month · high demand, big seasonal spikes
For the first time, we can actually predict how many jobs we'll have each month.— The Bee Heat & AC
Residential HVAC · strong demand, losing jobs inside their own pipeline
They came in, found exactly where we were dropping jobs, and built systems that fixed it. For the first time, we're not guessing anymore.— Summit Peak HVAC
We thought we needed more leads. We didn't. We were losing jobs inside our own pipeline. They found exactly where — and fixed it. For the first time, we're not guessing anymore.

Before working with Mapatano & Company, my business didn't have a clear system for bringing in new customers. Now I'm not guessing where my next clients are coming from. I have a system behind it.
They weren't just doing work. They were always thinking about what would actually move the business forward. That level of care is rare.
What stood out most was how they made everything simple. It wasn't just more noise — it turned into real engagement and real customers.

Book a free 30-minute call. We'll find where your jobs — and your evenings — are slipping, and show you exactly what the fix looks like.
Book Your Free Call →Mapatano & Company exists so the people who build things get their evenings back. Here's where that idea comes from.
Abraham's family came to the United States from the Democratic Republic of Congo during a civil war. They came with one belief: education creates impact. His father was a teacher. His mother built a nonprofit that has helped thousands of widows and orphans.
Watching people like that work taught him something most owners already know in their bones: the people who build things rarely get their time back — unless something is built to protect it.
Today Abraham studies economics at Colorado State University and runs Mapatano & Company from Fort Collins, serving owner-run shops across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico. The company sits on one idea: most businesses don't fail for lack of ambition — they fail for lack of systems. So that's what we install. Systems that answer, follow up, and book, so the hours you used to spend chasing all of it come back to you.
That's why the slogan isn't a slogan. It's the product: more time for what matters.
"Questions don't wait. Opportunities don't wait. Neither do we."
When you sign, you're not handed off to a stranger. You meet with Abraham in week one — and you can call or text him directly at 719-534-3505, any time.
How we collect, use, and protect your information — and how we handle texting, email, and phone calls.
We built this policy the way we'd want one written for us: in plain English, without a wall of legalese you need a lawyer to decode.
Here's the short version. We collect information so we can help you grow your business. We only text, email, or call you if you've told us it's okay — or if you reached out to us first. We never sell your information, and we never share your phone number with anyone for their marketing. And any time you'd rather we stopped, one word from you is enough.
The rest of this document is the detail behind those promises. If anything here is unclear, call us. A real person will pick up.
Mapatano & Company LLC ("Mapatano & Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing and growth agency. We help service businesses — heating and air conditioning companies in particular — find more customers through advertising, search, automation, and follow-up.

This policy applies to our website, our marketing, our text messages, our emails, our phone calls, and the services we provide to clients. It covers everyone we interact with: people who fill out a form on our site, people we reach out to about our services, and the clients who hire us.
Contact details, what you've told us about your business, how you use our website, and — if you become a client — billing information. That's it. We don't go looking for anything we don't need.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information — things like Social Security numbers, health information, precise location, biometric data, or details about your race, religion, sexual orientation, or immigration status. Please don't send us any of that. If you do, we'll delete it.
We want to be straightforward about this, because how we got your information determines how we're allowed to contact you.
We use what we collect to:
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not profile you for that purpose.
We text you only if you opted in. Reply STOP to opt out — one word and we stop, no questions, no hard feelings. Reply HELP and we'll help. Your mobile number never goes to anyone else for marketing.
We send text messages only to people who have given us prior express written consent to receive them — or who texted us first. You can opt in by:
Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can hire us and never receive a single text.
| Who's texting | Mapatano & Company LLC. Our first message to you identifies us by name. |
| What we send | Appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, account and service updates, and — if you opted into marketing — occasional offers and helpful resources. |
| How often | Message frequency varies. For marketing messages, expect roughly 2–6 per month. Transactional messages (like an appointment reminder) are sent as needed. |
| Cost | We don't charge you for texts, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier. |
| Carriers | Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed, and messages may not be supported on all carriers or devices. |
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. You can also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT — or simply ask us in your own words. We'll get it.
You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. If we ever need to clarify which messages you want to stop, that clarifying message will be sent once, will contain no marketing, and will never be used as an excuse to keep texting you. If you don't reply to it, we stop everything.
Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (719) 534-3505, and we'll take care of you.
No mobile information or phone number collected through our text messaging program will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you give us when opting in to text messages is used only to run that messaging program. We share it only with the service providers who help us send the messages — and they are contractually forbidden from using it for anything else. Text messaging opt-in data and consent records are never shared for marketing.
If a call to you is automated, uses a prerecorded message, or uses an AI voice, we get your written permission first — and the call tells you upfront who's calling and that the voice is automated. You can opt out during the call itself.
We may call you if you asked us to, if you gave us your number in connection with a quote or an inquiry, if you're a client, or if we're introducing ourselves to your business by calling a publicly listed business line. On every call, we identify ourselves as Mapatano & Company and tell you why we're calling.
Some of our calls — and some of the calls we make on behalf of clients — may use an automatic telephone dialing system, a prerecorded or artificial voice, or an AI-powered voice agent that can hold a natural conversation.
We treat all of these the same way, and we hold ourselves to these rules:
Consent to receive automated or AI-voice calls is not required to purchase anything from us, and we will never make it a condition of doing business.
We may record or monitor calls for quality, training, accuracy, and record-keeping. When we do, we tell you at the start of the call, before any recording begins, and we ask for your permission. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, just say so — we'll either turn the recording off or continue without it. You can also ask us to delete a recording of your call at any time.
Recordings and call notes are stored securely, kept only as long as we need them, and never sold or used for advertising. Where the law requires the consent of everyone on the line, we obtain it.
Every marketing email we send says who we are, includes our real address, and has a working unsubscribe link. One click and you're out.
Because texting and calling rules are strict — and because we take them seriously — here's exactly what we mean by consent and what we do with it.
Any form, checkbox, or script we use to obtain consent for marketing texts or automated calls clearly tells you, in plain language and before you agree:
Consent boxes are always unchecked by default. We never bury consent in fine print, never obtain it through a pre-ticked box, and never treat someone else's consent as yours.
For every consent we rely on, we retain a record showing the date and time, the exact wording you saw or heard, the channel (web form, text, call, or signed document), the phone number or email address, and technical details such as the IP address for web submissions. We keep these records for at least five years so that we can honor your choices and demonstrate that we did.
If you give us a phone number and later give up that number, please let us know. We also periodically check our lists against reassigned-number databases and stop contacting numbers that appear to have changed owners. If you've started receiving our messages at a number that used to belong to someone else, tell us and we'll remove it immediately.
You can withdraw consent any way that's convenient for you — text, email, phone, reply, or just telling us. We honor it, fast, and we don't ask you to justify it.
You can revoke your consent to be contacted by any reasonable means. All of these work:
| Channel | What to do |
|---|---|
| Text | Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT — or say it in your own words. |
| Phone | Tell whoever you're speaking with, press the opt-out key on an automated call, leave us a voicemail, or call (719) 534-3505. |
| Click the unsubscribe link, or reply and ask. | |
| In writing | Email abe@mapatanoandcompany.com or write to the address in Section 1. |
| In person | Tell any member of our team. |
We do not require you to use a specific word, a specific channel, or a specific form. If you make it clear you don't want to hear from us, that's enough — and the burden is on us, not you, to have understood you.
How fast: we act on opt-outs as soon as we receive them, and in every case no later than ten business days. Automated text opt-outs are effective immediately.
How broadly: if you ask us to stop contacting you, we treat that as applying to every channel — texts, calls, and marketing emails — and across all of our marketing programs, not just the one message you replied to. If you only want to stop one kind of message, tell us and we'll narrow it to exactly that. We'd rather over-honor your request than under-honor it.
What continues: if you're an active client, we'll still send the messages we need to send to do the work you hired us for — unless you tell us to stop those too.
When we run marketing for a client, their customers' data belongs to the client, not to us. We handle it on their instructions, we never merge it into our own lists, and we never reuse it for anyone else.
A large part of what we do is run advertising, texting, email, and calling programs on behalf of our clients — HVAC and other home-service companies. In that work, our client is the controller of their customers' and leads' information, and Mapatano & Company acts as a processor (a "service provider") on their behalf.
That means, when we're working for a client:
If you received a text, call, or email from one of our clients and want to know who has your information or how to be removed, contact us and we'll route your request to the right business — and remove you from the campaign in the meantime.
We share information only with the people and companies who help us do the work, and only what they need:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Service providers | CRM, marketing automation, texting and calling platforms, email delivery, hosting, scheduling, analytics, and accounting tools that make our operation run. |
| Our clients | Where we're running a campaign for them, and the information belongs to them (see Section 12). |
| Advertising platforms | To measure how our own ads perform. We do not upload phone numbers collected for texting to advertising platforms. |
| Payment processors | To bill clients and process payments securely. |
| Professional advisors | Our lawyers, accountants, and insurers, when they need it. |
| Authorities | When the law genuinely requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. |
| A future owner | If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer — and this policy's promises travel with it. |
Every service provider we use is bound by contract to protect your information, use it only for the services they provide to us, and not use it for their own purposes.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember your preferences, understand which pages are useful, and measure our advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized universal opt-out signals. If your browser or extension sends one, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your personal information — no extra steps needed from you.
We may use third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google and Meta products. Those companies collect information under their own privacy policies, and you can usually opt out of their personalized advertising directly through their settings.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Consent and opt-out records | At least 5 years after the consent or opt-out, so we can prove we honored your choices |
| Do Not Call entries | Indefinitely — we never want to call you again by mistake |
| Prospect and lead information | Up to 3 years after our last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner |
| Client records and contracts | 7 years after the engagement ends, for tax and legal reasons |
| Call recordings | Up to 12 months, unless needed longer for a dispute |
| Website analytics | Typically 14–26 months, per the platform's settings |
When we no longer need something, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
We use encryption in transit, access controls that limit information to the people who need it, multi-factor authentication on our core systems, vendor review before we adopt a new tool, and regular deletion of what we no longer need. Our team is trained on these rules, and on this policy.
We'll be honest with you: no system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as the law requires, and we'll tell you plainly what happened and what we're doing about it.
You can ask us what we have, get a copy, fix it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it for advertising. We'll do it, free, and we won't treat you any differently for asking.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights. We extend them to everyone who asks, regardless of state, because it's the right way to operate.
Colorado residents: the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the rights above, and you may appeal any denial by replying to our decision or emailing us. We'll respond to appeals within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov/file-complaint.
California residents: you have the rights above under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be retaliated against. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we'll ask for proof of that authority.
Residents of other states with privacy laws — including Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — have comparable rights, and we handle those requests the same way.
Email abe@mapatanoandcompany.com, call (719) 534-3505, or write to us at the address in Section 1. Tell us what you'd like us to do — you don't need to use legal language or cite a statute.
Our services are built for businesses, and we don't market to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it right away.
Our website, emails, and messages sometimes link to other companies' sites and tools. Once you're there, their privacy policy governs, not ours. We choose our partners carefully, but we'd still encourage you to read what you're agreeing to.
We'll update this policy when our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top and post the new version at mapatanoandcompany.com. If a change materially affects how we use your information — particularly how we contact you — we'll tell you directly by email or text before it takes effect, and we'll ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.
We'll also keep prior versions available on request, so you can see what changed.
Questions, concerns, corrections, or a request to be left alone — all of it goes to the same place, and a real person handles it.
